Special Events/Overnites

Hosting an event at NBDMHC is an opportunity for private groups and organizations to experience the museum at a time when it is not open to the public.

NBDMHC  event rentals include full access to special exhibitions, galleries, and classroom. The museum can accommodate up to 100 guests for receptions and up to 50 guests for seated dinners. We do not host events at the museum during business hours, daily from 10am-5pm.


Rental prices range depending on the number of guests and the nature of the event. For events that fall outside of the pricing stated please call for a quote.

Overnite/Girls Nite Out/

Overnites are exciting for your group and our staff. Bring your pillows and sleeping bags. Sleepovers  are designed for up to 60 and begins at 6 PM with pizza & drinks, art workshop, tour of the museum, late nite movie w/snack. Breakfast in the morning with check-out at 8:30 AM . Fee: $28-50 per person depending on dinner and workshop option. The overnights are held random Friday and Saturdays throughout the year and during School Vacation weeks.

Girls Nite Out ! Sometimes you just need  to have some fun!!  After hours call your friends for a nite of pampering, movies, book readings or crafts  hosted at the museum. The galleries provide a perfect backdrop that reminds you to explore all our possibilities.
